Scope (from cover letter): The report "...was prepared for the purpose of describing photographic equipment developed by Technical Development Division of Civil Aeronautics Administration, but used by Flight Engineering and Factory Inspection Division to measure take-off and landing flight paths of airplanes."
Contents: the report was "...designed basically to serve as a manual for the information of the industry regarding proper use of the camera equipment." It provides highly detailed information on how to set up and use the equipment.
